Service Description

ContractorLeads101 is a lead generation platform that connects homeowners with local contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform any home improvement services.

Homeowner Terms

By submitting a project request, you authorize us to share your contact information with up to 3 contractors in our network. You are not obligated to hire any contractor. Getting quotes is completely free.

Contractor Terms

Contractors who join our network agree to maintain valid licensing and insurance, respond to leads within 48 hours, and abide by our code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the network.

No Warranty

ContractorLeads101 facilitates introductions between homeowners and contractors but does not guarantee the quality of any contractor's work. Always verify licenses and insurance independently before signing a contract.
